Can I pay in naira?

Yes. Plans are priced in naira and billed locally, so there are no card fees or conversion surprises. Prices in other currencies are converted from naira and rounded, as a guide.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for 12 months up front and get 15% off. For Ruut Chat that is ₦8,500 a month instead of ₦10,000, billed as ₦102,000 for the year.

What is the difference between Ruut Chat and Chat + Calls?

Ruut Chat covers live chat, email, WhatsApp, social, SMS, and more, with a Help Center, campaigns, and reports. Chat + Calls adds business calls through Ruut Voice, teams, automation, custom attributes, and two years of data.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Start with Ruut Chat and add calls when you need them. Talk to us any time if your team outgrows a plan.

What is included in Enterprise?
